PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

When Can We Book?

At All Aesthetics, we are dedicated to helping you create the perfect event for any occasion. Our event rental services are available 7 days a week with drop offs and pick ups from 8am to 10pm. We offer 4 hours rentals, (2 hour minimum), and any additional hour is $50. We understand how important it is to have your party setup and ready to go in plenty of time before your event, so don't worry, set up and clean up is not included in your rental time. We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why our hours are flexible if you contact us in advance. We are willing to make changes outside of our normal hours, and all changes will be discussed at the time of booking and disclosed on the invoice.

Where Do You Set Up?

Our event equipment is perfect for both indoor and outdoor events. We provide soft play and cart rentals, however, a flat dry surface is required for both. We recommend a shaded area to avoid both the equipment and children from overheating. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel if these requirements are not met.

What Ages Are Appropriate For Soft Play?

Our Soft Play Set Ups are only recommended for children from 0-5 years old. It comes with all the necessary soft play equipment, and we ask that it stays within the designated play area. Although our areas are considered safe for children, adult supervision is always required. Never leave your children unattended in the set up. With this Soft Play Set Up, your little ones will be sure to have a fun and safe play experience!

Where Do You Deliver?

At our party rental company, we offer convenient delivery within Sevier County limits. For those outside of Sevier County, an additional fee may apply, which will be discussed at the time of booking and disclosed on the invoice.

What Happens In The Event Of Inclement Weather?

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE All of our equipment is in top condition and safety is our number one priority. Therefore, in the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to discontinue use at any time or cancel at our own discretion. We know mother nature loves to rain on our parade occasionally so clients will receive everything but initial deposit back in the event of inclement weather. Clients will also be offered a rain check that may be used within 90 days of the original date, which must be booked within 7 days of the cancellation. We suggest having an indoor back up plan if the forecast is calling for bad weather. 

Do You Require A Deposit?

In order to secure your event date, a contract must be signed and a non-refundable $75 security deposit is required to ensure booking. The final balance for your services is due 14 days from the start of your scheduled event. If the booking is less than 14 days prior to the party date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.

Can I Cancel Or Reschedule?

If cancellations are made less than 7 days from your event, no refund will be offered. Your event can be rescheduled upon availability. Rescheduling is applicable once balance is paid in full or if it is more than 30 days from event. If event needs to be postponed within 30 days of event we reserve the right to cancel. Although deposits are always non-refundable, refunds on everything but deposit will be returned to client ONLY in the case of inclement weather the day of the event.
